Lucky bracelets are intended to be worn in a myriad of combinations; layered, stacked, wrapped and tailored to personal style. They can be worn individually or layered together with effortless simplicity, wrapped and secured with a double knot. There is also a necklace length that can be looped around the neck loosely, or worn as a more layered bracelet as well.
Named after the year Carolina Bucci's great grandfather founded his jewellery company, the inspiration for the 1885 collection is the family's heritage. The distinctive link design was inspired by the Rollo' link, a signature that was a significant part of the company's production at its very beginning. After poring over archive pieces, Carolina has evolved the traditional finish with a modern and colourful twist to form the basis of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings
The 'Florentine' finish is achieved by beating gold with a diamond-tipped tool which leaves permanent faceted dents in the surface. These indentations give each piece an eye-catching, contemporary sparkle.
Woven is a signature collection and is considered the trademark of the Carolina Bucci design aesthetic. The pieces are hand woven on a loom dating back to the Renaissance. Traditionally used to weave Florentine textiles, it has been adapted by the Carolina Bucci artisans to weave gold threads. Gold can be woven in one or two colours, and silk in one, two or three colours.
