Once you have placed your order, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm the size and fit of your bracelet.
Please allow for 6-8 weeks for the jewellers in our Florence atelier to bring your design to life.
Free worldwide delivery is available on all orders over £350.
You may return or exchange FORTE Beads and Lucky Maker pieces ordered on carolinabucci.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Twister Luxe Maker bracelets are bespoke and cannot be returned.
Keep your pieces in their original Carolina Bucci pouches to avoid exposure to environmental pollutants or harsh light, which may alter your jewellery.
For all gold pieces, where possible, we recommend having them cleaned at our Motcomb Street Store or by your local jeweller.

Our rings are available in standard US sizing up to size 7. If you require an alternative size or need help determining your ring size, please contact our Customer Service team.
Bracelets
Discoball bracelets are available in the following sizes: Small (15.5cm), Medium (17cm), or Large (19cm).
Woven bracelets are made-to-measure to your desired wrist size. Once you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will be in touch.
Necklaces
Discoball necklaces are available in the following sizes: Small (40cm), Medium (55cm), Long (70cm), Extra Long (80cm) and Extra Extra Long (90cm).
Woven scarfs can be made-to-measure to your desired length. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
Chains
Our Rollo chains come in different thickness: medium and large. They are available in the following lengths: Choker (33-35cm), Short (44cm) and Long (87cm).
