All of our jewelry is hand crafted in Florence, Italy.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
When can I expect to receive my order?

Are all pieces hand-crafted?
All our pieces are handmade in our Atelier in Florence.

Our flagship stores are located in London’s Knightsbridge and in Florence — they are home to our complete collections as well as our bespoke service.
Our atelier is located next to the Ponte Vecchio in Florence and is open by prior appointment only.

Sizing
Rings
Please refer to our Ring Size Guide.
Our rings are available in standard US sizing up to size 7. If you require an alternative size to what is listed, or need help determining your ring size, please contact our Customer Service.
Please note:
— Ring sizes 8 and above will incur an additional £350 to the final price. This excludes our Thin, Thick and Flat rings, which will incur an additional £100 for sizes 8 and above.
— Ring sizes 0 to 2.75 will incur an additional £350 to the final price for our Cuore, Tutto Per Te and Girandola rings.
Bracelets
Approximately 34cm long, including 4.5cm tassels on either end.
Woven bracelets are made-to-measure to your desired wrist size. Once you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will be in touch.
Please note:
Standard pricing is applied to all Woven Bracelets up to 18cm long, Woven Double Wrap Bracelets or Chokers up to 33cm long, and Woven Scarves up to 96cm long.
Small: 15.5cm
Medium: 17cm
Large: 19cm
All other bracelets measure approximately 17-18cm long.
Necklaces
Lucky Necklaces are approximately 95cm long including 4.5cm tassels on either end.
Woven Scarves are approximately 96cm long including 4.5cm tassels on either end.
Discoball necklaces are available in the following sizes: 35cm, 40cm, 55cm, 70cm and 90cm.
Our Rollò chains come in different thickness: extra small, small, medium and large. They are available in the following lengths: 33cm, 42cm, 44cm and 86cm.
Care
General
Keep your pieces in their original Carolina Bucci pouches to avoid exposure to environmental pollutants or harsh light, which may alter your jewellery.
We offer complimentary ultrasound cleaning at one of our stores, or a deep cleaning service in our Florentine Atelier. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@carolinabucci.com.
FORTE Beads
Our FORTE Beads Bracelets and Necklaces Care:
Each cord is 'one size fits all' and can be tied to your preferred length. Simply remove or add beads to adjust the size/fit. | |
We recommend tying a double knot, pulled tightly, for a secure fit. | |
To clean your FORTE Beads simply hand wash, wiping with a damp cloth and pat dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. | |
Try to avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products and other chemicals that may discolour your cord. | |
FORTE Beads can be worn in water. Rinse with fresh water after swimming. |
Carolina Bucci FORTE Beads After-Care Service:
To breathe new life into your bracelet or necklace, you can exchange your old cord for a new one with a replacement fee of £30 / €40, plus shipping. Simply return your old cord to us with its two gold tips and it will be replaced with a brand new one.
The gold tips from your old cord will be recycled to create new cords, ensuring that there is minimal waste.
Lucky
Our Lucky Bracelets and Necklaces Care:

To clean your Lucky bracelet or necklace simply hand wash with a gentle detergent, rinse with clean water and pat dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. | |
Try to avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products and other chemicals that may discolour your bracelet or necklace. Please be aware that the neon silk used for the Neon Lucky Bracelet with Strength charm can fade if exposed to the sun for a prolonged period of time. | |

Our Lucky pieces are delicate in nature and will become unique to the wearer over time. If worn daily, the silk will eventually deteriorate as it is a natural fiber.
We offer a refurbishment service at a fee to clients who wish to have their jewellery restored to its original condition. If you wish to have your piece refurbished or repaired, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@carolinabucci.com. Please note that these pieces are repaired by hand so this process may take up to 6 weeks.
Downtown
To clean your Downtown spheres, simply hand wash, wiping with a damp cloth and pat dry.
Downtown necklaces can be worn in water. Rinse with fresh water after swimming.
Florentine Finish spheres can be cleaned with warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft-bristled brush. Brush gently to remove any residue from the surface of your piece — the washing-up liquid will help remove any dust or dirt. Rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
To clean your Lurex cord, hand wash, wipe with a damp cloth and pat dry. Try to avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products and other chemicals that may discolour your cord. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.
Florentine Finish 18k Gold
We are more than happy to clean your Florentine Finish 18k gold pieces at one of our stores.
They can also be cleaned at home. All you need is warm water, washing-up liquid and a soft-bristled brush. Brush gently to remove any residue from the surface of your piece — the washing-up liquid will help removing any dust or dirt. Rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
K.I.S.S.
Whilst our K.I.S.S. bracelets, necklaces and rings show great elasticity, they remain pieces of fine jewellery and should be treated as such. They are best stored in their original pouch and shouldn't be kept underneath anything heavy, including other jewellery.
Keeping your K.I.S.S. jewellery in the original pouch will also prevent unnecessary exposure to environmental polluants or hash light, which may cause the gold to darken.
We are more than happy to clean your 18k gold K.I.S.S. pieces at one of our stores. We do not recommend the cleaning of jewellery with treated polishing cloths or brushes.
Woven
We are more than happy to clean Woven pieces at one of our stores. We do not recommend the cleaning of jewellery with treated polishing cloths or brushes. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.
Whilst our Woven pieces show great flexibility thanks to their fabric-like quality, they remain delicate pieces of fine jewellery and should be treated as such. They are best stored in their original pouch and shouldn’t be kept underneath anything heavy, including other jewellery.
With time, if worn daily, the silk could eventually deteriorate as it is a natural fibre. Avoid contact with perfume, cleaning products and other chemicals that may discolour your bracelet or scarf. Should a silk thread or an 18k gold chain break, the entire piece would need to be taken apart and remade at a fee.
The clasp of our Woven bracelets should be used with care. The side where the logo is engraved has two buttons on each end. They should be pressed simultaneously to allow the two ‘teeth’, on the other end of the clasp, to slide in smoothly. Forcing the ‘teeth’ inside the clasp will weaken its spring mechanism. The same applies when removing the bracelet: the two buttons must be fully pressed before releasing the other end of the clasp.

All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next working day. On Fridays, any order placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following Monday.

Duties & Taxes
20% UK VAT is charged on all products shipped within the UK.
Orders for the European Union are shipped from Florence. Local VAT is charged for all European Union orders.
Orders for the United States are shipped from London DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). However, US customers may be required to provide an identification number to US Customs.
For all other countries, VAT will be deducted at checkout. You will be required to pay any applicable VAT, taxes and charges required by the country of import. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information about duties and charges. Carolina Bucci (UK) Ltd will not be liable for these charges. You may be required to provide identification information by the Customs office of your country on import. Please contact your local customs office for more details on the import information required by your country of import.

Returns & Exchanges
What items can I return?
You may return or exchange all mainline products ordered on carolinabucci.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note:
— Carolina Bucci does not accept returns for items purchased through our Bespoke service.
— Carolina Bucci UK will not accept returned products that have been modified by external jewelers, worn, damaged, or returned without security tag or original paperwork and packaging.
— Carolina Bucci will not refund the original shipment cost to you unless the items in question have been deemed faulty or defective.
What process do I need to follow to return my purchase?
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. Please email customerservice@carolinabucci.com notifying us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase.
2. Once your email has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team, providing you with a return label and instructions.
3. Please notify our Customer Service team upon shipment of your returns.
4. Your exchange or refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Please note that Carolina Bucci UK is not liable for lost or delayed packages. You may not use your own courier to ship back returns, and doing so will result in a refund request being voided. We cannot be liable for any import duty resulting from incorrect return of purchases.
Please direct all claims regarding faulty or defective items to our Customer Service team and we will respond to you by email within one working day.

Availability
All orders placed through the Customer Service Team or on the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by Carolina Bucci UK.
Carolina Bucci UK reserves the right to change the assortment of items proposed on the Website and may limit from time to time the quantity of Carolina Bucci UK products that may be ordered by a Customer in a single buying session.
The Customer Service Team and the product pages of the Website can provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale through those channels. You may also call the Customer Service team (telephone number indicated on the Website) and a Carolina Bucci representative will provide you with further information as to product availability and assist you with your purchase.
Acknowledgment of Order
Once you have placed your order on the Website or through the Customer Service Team, you will receive by e-mail an Acknowledgment of Order acknowledging the details of your order along with the Terms of Service. This Acknowledgment of Order will contain an Order Number assigned by Carolina Bucci UK. Please carefully review the Terms of Service upon receipt and make sure that you save the Order Number for any future enquiries regarding your order.
This Acknowledgment of Order is not an acceptance of your order. Following the transmission of the Acknowledgment of Order, Carolina Bucci UK will conduct its usual security checks and then process your order.
Confirmation
Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, following completion by Carolina Bucci UK of security checks, Carolina Bucci UK will send you by e-mail a written Confirmation of Order.
Carolina Bucci UK will preserve information concerning all orders as required by applicable law.
Payments
Debit or Credit Card Payment
You may pay by credit or debit card, as indicated on the Website or through the Customer Service team.
When ordering on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. If you order by telephone, you will need to communicate to the Customer Service team your credit or debit card number and your three- or four- digit security code that is printed on the back or the front of your card.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Carolina Bucci UK, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to solve this problem, and Carolina Bucci UK will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Currency
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. Our prices are in GBP£. If you choose to purchase your goods in another currency, currency fluctuations and card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your debit or credit card.
Payment by Wire Transfer
Orders over 1000GBP may be paid via bank wire transfer through our Customer Service Team. When making a bank wire transfer, please reference your order number.
Once your order has been placed and bank wire transfer has been selected as the payment method, Carolina Bucci will wait to receive funds before your order is processed. From the time of purchase, you will have 7 working days to complete a bank wire transfer. If we do not receive a bank wire transfer within 7 working days, your order will be cancelled.
Please ensure the transfer of the full order amount as outlined in the Acknowledgment of Order email. Once we have received the full amount, we will begin to process your order. Carolina Bucci UK does not charge a fee for bank wire transfers. Please note that your financial institution may charge a bank wire transfer fee.
